Mr. James Galvin
I have read your mail asking for testing places for your TIS/PEM
implementation in Canada or United States.
I don't know the reasons for that geografical limitation in the test
places, but I would like to have the oportunity to cooperate in this
work.
The Catholic University of Chile (the place where I work), is one of the
largest in South America. We have a lot of Unix systems, and we are
connected to Internet through a network called UNIRED. Chile is also one
of the most developed countries in South America in the communications
and computer engeneering area.
For us is very important to participate in this kind of test. We
are strongly commited to security problems, and the possibilitie of
participate through the Internet is a great oportunity to colaborate
with the Internet community, and learn about the PEM since now.
I immagine that you have some reasons for not to extend the testing
area, but I am sure you will not be dissapointed if you can make an
exception.
