I will look for you at IETF. ISOC is working on the draft
agreement it would make with the PCAs it registers. The
current proposal is to request an annual payment of $5,000
for registration to cover the costs of operating the
registration functions (and CRL database management).

I will add you to the list of people to whom the draft
should go for comment.
