Does anyone know what the semantics of this locally-selectable option are? That is, if you see a Key-Info field immediately following an Originator- Certificate, what do you do with its contents and what does this tell you about the message?
The Key-Info field immediately after an Originator-Certificate contains the DEK encrypted with the originator's public component so that at a later date, the originator can decrypt her own msgs. -Ray
