I would like to identify someone who understands PEM very well, is
acquainted with X3 standards procedures, and is in a position
to make realistic estimates of the degree to which PEM should be
deployed and available over the next several years.
X3 may in the near future be receptive to advice on virtualization
of its "due process" audit trail to allow for electronic participation
at all stages of standard development. Anyone who has paid the bills
for participation on an X3 TC will probably share my enthusiasm for
any opportunity to do something about it. If you would like to
collaborate on formulating a practical, realistic recommendation
for X3 when asked, please get in touch.
