Please remember that Friday, April 16th is the due date for minutes
from the Columbus IETF. Appended to this message is a list of
those which have not yet been submitted.
Minutes should provide a thorough "SUMMARY" of the issues discussed during
the working group/bof sessions. They should NOT follow a "Mortimer said",
then "Agnes said", then "Duane said", format, nor should they contain a
detailed list of changes to a document. While these forms may be helpful
to the folks who actually attend the sessions, they are less helpful to
those who have a more general interest in the groups' activities.
Please be sure that the Minutes contain complete sentences, NOT phrases.
Also:
* Please indicate the name of the individual who is actually reporting the
minutes.
* Be sure to let us know if you expect any slides to be included with the
minutes.
* The attendee list will be appended upon receipt of the minutes.
Thank you.
Debra
