The Internet & RSA licences & PKP etc.

Hi

Could someone please advise me on the legality and licensing status
of the RSA Public Key algorythm to the Internet community.

RFC's 1421-1424 all include a note about the intended licensing of
the algorythms to an organization called Public Key Partners (PKP).

Have the terms of PKP's licence been made public. How can one contact them?
(Email, Phone) My attempts to call the phone number listed in RFC1170 (the 
one where PKP promises to make the licence available) did not get through.
