Your efforts on behalf of DSA registration look good.  I find one thing
rather curious, perhaps it is just my reading of the FIPS documentation,
but I was under the impression that there would be (named) communities
of users with a common set of pqg parameters.  To implement this it
might be necessary to name a pqg set.  Was any consideration given to
that sort of approach, or is there any interest in such a concept.
