        While I wouldn't be quite so harsh in describing the mental
capacity of prospective PEM users, the essence of your response to Bob
was correct.  However, as I mentioned in a message to Bob, what 1422
requires is a display of an ID of the PCA, not a warning if the PCA is
different from your own (as you stated).
