use ftp protocol to access the server at "cs.ucl.ac.uk". Login with
account "anonymous"; give an ARPA mailbox address as password. Change
directory to "password." Get the ascii file "r25.ps", byte-length and
date/time attributes "585384 Dec 30 12:42" (last year actually.) Print
on an Adobe Postscript printer.

The document is not compressed; it is too long for e-mail distribution.
