(Assuming we can talk about the Mitre study):

Even given the limited scope of the study, I have *major* problems, e.g.

1) the requirement that the CA generates the user's keys;
2) the lack of details on authorization (vs. authentication) issues;
3) the requirement to rekey the whole world at the same time;

etc.  The study seems to need a little more work, in my opinion...
