CCITT / ISO country abbreviations

   Can anyone tell me where to get an "official" list of the two letter 
   country abbreviations (US, CN etc.) that are used in X.5xx addresses? 
   Best that I can discover, they are defined in ISO 3166.
   
   Where can I get a copy of this standard (preferably on-line)??
