        It's not clear which is wrong, <keysel> example or BNF.

The <kesel> example is wrong; the BNF (i.e., the specification) is
correct.

        I don't see the answer for the manual of TIS PEM/MIME. (I asked
        the same question to you personally months ago.)

Unfortunately, I don't have an answer.  As soon as I do I will let you
know.  I'm sorry for the delay and inconvenience.
