Mime security constructs...last call?

Separate from the discussion about PEM technical issues, there is the
matter of the Mime constructs defined to support authentication and privacy
(encryption).  I do not recall from the recent discussion what the status
of that is, but would like to request that it immediately go through the
formal working group last call and be submitted to the IESG as soon as
possible.

Any objections?
