a way to start solving the problems is to make some concrete
recommendations as to how to proceed with registration.

By the way, when I mentioned WAIS-indexed, I meant indexing of
a centralized database, not a distributed one - which indeed
would require that the CA's assigning potentially conflicting
DNs (Persona and Residential?) would need to cooperate.
