Re[2]: PKCS#7 vs? X.509 v3.

        To all,
        I too would like to receive an electronic copy of the x.509 v3.  
 I am working on a security "system" for Federal Government Electronic 
Commerce.  Any assistance as to where I can find or receive a copy of 
X.509 would be greatly appreciated.
