Fw: Mastercard, IBM, Netscape, CyberCash and GTE publish SEPP

1995-10-25 12:22:00
Hello,

I've heard a lot about the SEPP/STT specifications in the discussions
of thiis list. Can anyone tell me where are these specs available (ftp, http)
?

Thanks
Jeff

See the following message, which you may have missed.

I believe that the Visa/Microsoft STT spec is available on www.w3.org, and
perhaps the MasterCard spec as well. You might want to start there.

MasterCard's Secure Electronic Payment Protocol is now available on the WWW at
http://www.mastercard.com/Sepp/sepptoc.htm (without the `l').

Part 4, Certificate Management Specification, may be of particular interest to
the pem-dev and ietf-pkix audience.

We are in the process of deciding how to handle public comments and it is
likely that a discussion list will be set up for that purpose, although it may
focus more on the electronic payment protocol than on the certificate
management issues.

In the meantime, I will be happy to forward any comments on the appropriate
people.
