NOW is the time - I DO need some help in defining what to do about
security multiparts!
The options I see are:
- HARPOON-style encapsulation
- For Signed: Strip the security in the gateway, and define something
in the gateway that makes the gateway say "there was a valid signature
here", possibly using X.400 security extensions (trust at the gateway)
There may be other options. HARPOON (pack it into text) is the one that
can preserve the signed data intact, but also the one that is ugliest
for unextended viewers.
