    It is true that VISA recently created a root authority with a very large 
key on a BBN SafeKeyper(tm) certificate-signing unit.  I attended the ceremony,
which was conducted under extraordinarily tight security and videotaped, as you
note.  If you want further information, you would have to ask VISA.  I could
give you the name of someone there, if you would like.
