I should add to the other comments you have received the observation
that the PEM-DEV email list is not the PEM-WG's email list per se.
That is, the list existed prior to the creation of the PEM WG, and the
list will continue despite the cessation of the PEM-WG. At the time
the PEM WG was formed, it made the most sense to also use the PEM-DEV
list for the WG discussions.
So, I see no reason not to use the PEM-DEV email list for continued
discussions of PEM and MOSS technology.

The IETF SAD has, I believe, acted to cease the activities of
the PEM WG, though its mailing list can live on to assist
MOSS and other related activites be implemented and deployed.

The developers need a home to discuss, advance etc. Would it be acceptable
to have this PEM-centric forum located in W3C, versus IETF?
