Csets is a collection of Unicode mapping tables covering character sets and
encodings that are not currently found at the Unicode site. Version 1.7
includes two new tables donated by Wayne Schneider of Epixtech: ISO 646 IRV
and ISO 5426 (Extended Latin for Bibliographic use).
