Those of you following mapping tables should be aware that the ArmSCII 1997
tables in my CSets package were out of date. Hovik Melikyan has kindly
provided tables with the ArmSCII 1999 mappings. The tables are not yet in the
archived distributions, but are available individually from the CSets web
page.
