Perl Unicode/i18N Folks:
I rolled P. Hoffman's (IMC) IETF ACE/RACE code for iDNS
into a module and uploaded it to CPAN.
It's already in production at a Japanese ISP and seems to work.
If you don't know what this is, then you don't need it!
