This reminds me: we shoul probably have some user-accessible method of
detection of the Unicode encodings, too: UTF-8 (well, this is really
guessing, at least without a BOM, "does this look like valid UTF-8 to
you"), but BOMs and UTF-16-foo, and UTF-32-foo.
* MIME header encoding
And the obvious
* decent documentation (especially JP|CN|KR|TW)
* distribution scheme of coding tables (enc? ucm? precompiled?)
But I think we should release 5.7.3 soon so more people test'em....
