Please update Encode::HanExtra

  Now that enc2xs is standard in bleedperl and perl 5.8.0, you should 
update Encode::HanExtra at CPAN so that it uses enc2xs instead of old 
compile script (and more importantly, encode.h)

  Please pick it up, add necessary changes and upload YOUR version to
