AIX 4.1 compilation

Has anyone been successful compiling procmail 3.10 on an aix 4.1 box?  I
have been having inordinate problems with both xlc and gcc - but I can't
believe that someone hasn't gotten this running already.  If not, I guess
I'll dig in.
