Bouncing back to DOMAIN?

Could someone please email me the lines of text I would add to my .procmailrc
to bounce ANY mail from psu.edu BACK to the user at psu.edu

(Or to postmaster for that matter.)

Take pity on me--I was severely mailbombed.
