Deffered Delivery?

I just compiled procmail 3.10 on a SunOS 4.1.3 and here's my .forward

"|IFS=' ' && exec /home/nsriram/bin/procmail -f- || exit 75 #nsriram"

when I send an mail to myself, I get "deffered delivery" error and no 
email gets sent. All mail is now queued up. Am i missing smthn here?
