I have an account setup that current when someone sends email it is

could just be my imagination, but doesn't this do what you want, very easily?

That will send the file .plan (and create the headers it needs from the
formail -r part.
this account name is INFO now we have clients who want an
info(_at_)their-domain(_dot_)com and I need some way of doing this so that
info(_at_)nucleus(_dot_)com it sends the .plan file.. if mail comes in for
info(_at_)?????(_dot_)com it should send the mail to an address that is
specified in
the procmail script..
I'm not sure I understand this part, perhaps you could explain? What
distinction are you trying to make?
sounds too simple to suggest:
:0:
*^From.info@
|(formail -r ; cat $HOME/.plan) | $SENDMAIL -oi -t
but I don't see what that won't cover for you.
please email if you think I can help.
