Use a pipe to ``rcvstore'', like this:

:0:
* ^Sender: owner-exmh
| /usr/lib/mh/rcvstore +lists/exmh

Works like a charm for me (and I already got used to the clobbering factor it 
adds to your .procmailrc...).
