about autoresponding

Hi:
        I am very new to procmail and this list, so please bare with me.:)

        I have a very hard time following the manual for procmail. I want to 
do one thing with procmail at this time, which is to use that as a 
autoresponder. When someone mail to test(_at_)wwisp(_dot_)com, i want it to 
automatically mail the sender a letter back. Would some nice person 
please give me a step to step instruction on how to do this?
