receipe question

When using the following recipe:

PGPPATH=$HOME/.pgp                                                              
:0fBb                                                                           
*PGP                                                                            
|echo "[new_order]">>/tmp/www.order;pgp -z "password" -f +batch 2>&1 
> > /tmp/www.o
rder                                                                            
# Anything that has not been delivered by now will go to $DEFAULT               
# using LOCKFILE=$DEFAULT$LOCKEXT                                               

This works fine on the first order and each time forward.script is called; but 
if there is more then one message
in usr/spool/mail/user, the seperator [new_order] is only written once.  Any 
suggestions?
