Is there a Procmail/Smartlist *BOOK*?

Where is there some real literature on setting up and using
Procmail/SmartList. It seems to me the man pages and the Manual
(for SmartList only, it seems) don't give a high-level picture
of what the heck is going on. Isn't there maybe a proper book
that doesn't make so many assumptions to start off with, as the
existing documentation seems to do?
