I'm new in the list, and I want to ask:
I downloaded the procmail and installed it in my home directory.
The problem is when I get mail it seems that the .foreward is not being
accsesed !
What to do ?

If .forward isn't just a typo, try to enter a email-address of
a friend.
Send Yourself a email and check who got it.
If You got it, ask Your sysadmin why .forward
is diabled at Your system..
Otherwise try to enter a correct call of procmail in .forward...
