man page problem not easily solved

Darn.

Using 3.11pre4's version of manconf.c with the 3.11pre6 source didn't work,
because it expected something in the make process expected SYSTEM_MBOX, which
has gone away and is no longer defined in 3.11pre6's config.h.

So this has to be tackled by someone with some knowledge of C.  Oh well.
I'll wait for 3.11pre7.
