mailing list

Hi all,

Some weeks ago I've read a message explaining how to setup
a mailing list with procmail but I can't find it anymore.

Would this person be so kind to send this message again to the 
list or direct to me or if someone else has information about setting 
up a moderated mailing list it would be very welcome.
