First think you want to do is take a look at the man page for
"procmailex".
It is detailed in there.

I am in the process of writing several listservers based on procmail; but
one already exists (and this list is based on it): "smartlist".
I don't like some of the actions of that program, however, so desided to
do my own thing (with topics, etc.).
