In the last couple of days I have noticed that every half hour or so a
procmail process starts that consumes a lot of resources, slowing the
machine down quite a bit. I run procmail3.11pre4, and haven't done any
major changes to my recipes in quite a while. Anybody would know how I can
track this down? There's nothing obvious (to me anyways) on the log file
(I set VERBOSE=yes). Below are the first lines of "top"
Cpu states: 10.1% user, 0.0% nice, 13.8% system, 51.4% interrupt, 24.7% idle
Mem: 12M Active, 9016K Inact, 9192K Wired, 3534K Buf, 492K Free
Swap: 262M Total, 243M Used, 19M Free, 93% Inuse, 1140K In, 12M Out
PID USERNAME PRI NICE SIZE RES STATE TIME WCPU CPU COMMAND
18277 root 47 0 13M 12M RUN 1:38 18.69% 18.69% procmail
Any help would be appreciated.
