A small suggestion might be to put { } around the variable name.
ie where you have
From: $OSENDER
try instead
From: ${OSENDER}
and do the same for all other times when you invoke one of these
variables.... it might do a better job at 'protecting' the variable when
it has something strange in it....
Hopefully someone else will have a better idea....
