Need example: filter outgoing smtp mail inside sendmail

Hi,

Intro:
I have a little problem because my reply(from) address depends on the
recipient. If I write to you, the mail goes over my ISP using a uucp relay.
The other thing is that I have a licence for amateur radio and when I'm sending
mail to someone(_at_)ampr(_dot_)org(_dot_) My mailserver must change my name to
my amateur radio
call which is unique in the whole world ( ingo@ -> dg4dcr@) also the name of my
mailserver mustchange from plato.prima.ruhr.de to dg4dcr.ampr.org. This gives
the only right and legal address for me and my host. That is the only
information that allows other people in ampr.org to reply to my mails. Except
for those who have internet access. And also in ampr.org the connections
between 2 hosts sometimes is slower than 80byte/sec, so I want to remove all
useless header information of the mail, spezial the 6 lines(received by ...)
resulting from my local network ( the communication server and my workplace).
Also for some addresses in ampr.org, I have to convert äüö to their ascii
equivalents, because the mail is read by ascii viewers under DOS.

The problem:
I have tested a sed script with procmail in my local net with procmail as local
mailer and the filter did exactly what I wanted, but when I tried to activate
procmail via mailertable or in sendmail as filter like the example in the
manpage, I didn't get it to work. As I now learned procmail can't deliver mail
via smtp, so procmail has to be called as filterrule in the mailerdefinition.

What now ?
So I ask for an example which helps me a bit more than the one in the man page.
I'm using sendmail 8.8.5 and procmail v3.11pre4. I'm not an expert in sendmail,
but with a good example, I think I can get it work.

If you think that procmail is the wrong solution for my problem than please
say so. If there is a better solution without learning to write complex
sendmail rules please tell me also.

        Thanks for your interest,
                Ingo
