If the procmailrc is located in the directory /etc/procmailrcs, then
procmail will setuid itself to the owner of that file. I.e., if
/etc/procmailrcs/domain.com is the name of the procmailrc in the
mailertable entry, and that file is owned by user "foo", then the
processing of it will be done as user foo.
BTW: if you do this, the HOME variable will be set to ~foo
