time-tested recipe fails! (NO film at 11)

This recipe:

Failed today for the first time.  Log says:

procmail: No match on 
"(^((Original-)?(Resent-)?(To|Cc|Bcc)|(X-Envelope|Apparently(-Resent)?)-To):(.*[^a-zA-Z])?)procmail(_at_)Informatik(_dot_)RWTH-Aachen(_dot_)DE"

The message was spam sent to the list.  Later in my rc, it was caught by:

* ? fgrep -i -f $SBDIR/cyberpromo.domains
* !^X-Loop: noloops_for_wwgrol(_at_)fw(_dot_)hac(_dot_)com
  {
    INCLUDERC=$SBDIR/surespam.rc  
  }

(Log says
procmail: Match on "fgrep -i -f /usr/home/wwgrol/bin/cyberpromo.domains" )

Which is undesirable, since an auto-response went back to the list.
