Walfredo Cirne Filho was trying,
| :O c:
That should be :0c:, Walfredo; not the letter O but the digit 0. There is
no legal `O' flag, so procmail told you in the logfile that it skipped the
rest of the line and didn't see the `c' (nor the request for a local lockfile).

| INBOX

| :O:
That, too, should be a zero, not the letter O. And you'd be better off
using the `A' flag than repeating the condition.
| * ^TOcomps-l
| COMPS-L
So let's start over and rewrite those two recipes:
:0c:
* ^TOcomps-l
INBOX
:0A:
COMPS-L
That will save mail visibly addressed to comps-l in both $MAILDIR/INBOX and
$MAILDIR/COMPS-L.
Now the next matter comes up about whether visible addresses are the best way
to spot mail that came through a mailing list, but I think that's a question
for another occasion.
