[Q] ELM filter-rules to procmailrc converter/translator script/utility?

Hi,

I'm migrating into procmail, and I would like to convert my filter-rules
file
(used by the filter program of ELM) into a procmailrc.

Does such animal exist?
Any pointers? Advices?
