The only place I could find something reasonably like this was in the
main procmail man page. Find it, read the associated comments [this
refers to setting up a procmail mailer in sendmail; if that is not
what you are trying to do, you are severely on the wrong track], and
copy the recipe EXACTLY as it is in the man page into your recipe

You are right, the exact recipe was: ! -oi -t "$@"
