Looks okay to me.  Have you tried making a recipe file of it, and running
it against a mailbox full of spam?

The following are what I use for filtering junkmail messageids:


Can we be certain that there are no "legit mailers" out there that are
broken in one of these ways?  Obviously no machines in the route care
whether the ID is "well-formed".  Compare the recent warm comments on
fgrep and word-boundaries ......
