How do I send a reply to the person who mailed me but thier mail
failed to match any of the recipes.

In other words, if they sent something that matched a recipe then
no reply, otherwise reply saying a problem has occured.


After all the recipes that did not match, put

:0
<send your reply>

with no conditions, it always matches.
