What's wrong with this picture?

I mostly do my recipe-building via the cut and paste method so I'm sure
I've missed something basic; sorry to bug you people with it but I'd
appreciate some info on why the above won't fly, and tips on how to
make it more elegant would be welcomed as well. The reason I haven't
included the full domain names is that mail to staff@ etc can arrive to
two or three separate domains, but I want it all to sort into the same
folder.
