Can anyone suggest a fix ?
Or do I have to give up filtering duplicates ?
Yeah.... sorta.... there are broken mailers out there which do not generate
unique IDs.... yes this is bad, but they do it.
Anyway, the best way I know of is to put dups in their own mailbox....

Duplicates
I have setup my RC files so that I have an RC file which runs AFTER all my
other recipes.... there may be a way to get a safer dup-check if you record
the ID only *after* it has been delivered... but that wouldn't help for those
who don't generate unique IDs...
