autoresponders with procmail

I've been trying to find more detailed infos about autoresponders with procmail
and all I can find is simple basic ones, and only one at a time, I need to be
able to setup more than one per unix account, one per alias on the main e-mail
address if needed, and possibly not having one on the main address and only on
several aliases, can it be done at all?  I can't find any info about this
anywhere?
