Forwarding, Capturing

Hello
This is my frist post to this list !

How could I capture all in coming email address to a database.
And i also need to forward email to mutiple other people.
Ive tried to just leave a space in between the address but it sent 24
mails to the first address
and none to the second or third.

Please reply with a detailed description as I sometimes forget the
basics..
